We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by us including through the mail, on the phone, in person, via email, or entered online.
Give T&T has a layered security in our systems and only designated employees have access to our website software. All online transactions done by you are on a secure server. This means that information entered on the transaction page is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before transmission. On secure pages, a “closed” lock symbol is displayed on your browser screen (in the website address bar) and the website address starts with an “https” instead of an “http”. Donation pages are verified and transactions are processed by First Atlantic Commerce (FAC).
Depending on the type of communication or transaction, the personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, billing address and credit card information. Your personal information (name, email, billing address) will remain on our records for future transactions and facilitate issue resolution if necessary. Your Credit Card data will not be retained by us or FAC once the transaction is processed.
Rules about Charities
All the charitable organizations raising funds via Give T&T have been verified and approved. You can be assured that donations provided by you will be delivered according to our “Charities terms and conditions” following our official fee structure.
